Nolan was a a long time Kowie surfer, who holidayed here for may years as a grom. Many locals recall the Cabin/ Chalet at PA SANDS where many a jol went down, with one local falling through the floor after a big party ! Nolan worked in PA for a few months a couple years ago and was in Hawaii – see pic – when he died after losing consciousness in the surf and died from drowning because of this. He left his wife Kerryn and daughter Rylee behind.His brother Ryan and Waxy are also well known to most locals. KBC members had a paddle out and words were exchanged in his memory after his passing. He is and will be sorely missed.
